CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS
THE WINDOW FOR SUBMISSIONS TO DE LEGE FERENDA HAS NOW CLOSED. SUBMISSIONS TO DE LEGE FERENDA WILL NOT BE MONITORED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. IF YOU WISH TO SUBMIT TO THE CAMBRIDGE LAW REVIEW, PLEASE SEE HERE INSTEAD.
De Lege Ferenda welcomes contemporary submissions on English law, the law in other common law jurisdictions, European law, and international law which typically fall within the ambit of a typical undergraduate law course. However, do note that submissions need not necessarily be strictly confined to an undergraduate area of study; the undergraduate focus serves to make the journal more accessible to undergraduate authors.
Submissions of a comparative nature are accepted as well. We do also consider purely jurisprudential pieces, but given the focus of the journal, only if they address a broader contemporary or topical issue. Despite being an England-based journal, we do not evince a preference for submissions relating to English law; our most important criteria for publication is that your submission relates to a contemporary legal issue and provides critical insight into the area of law you have chosen.
All submissions must be made using the form below. Please ensure that you have read our submission guidelines here.
