we are delighted to announce that the winner of the serle court chambers essay prize for the best submission to volume 10 on any english commercial law and/or equity topic is canel derya paris atik. her article, 'authorised push, institutional pull: a critical appraisal of competing priorities in the uk's app fraud reimbursement regime', has now been published in issue 2. her winning article can be read here.
